Processing time for custom furniture and custom pedestals

• The time needed to prepare an order for shipping, delivery or pick up varies. Our turnaround time is usually 8-10 weeks. We are working to turn out your item as quickly as possible. For details, please message us at info@rustic9.com

• Estimated shipping times for pedestal orders

  • North America: 3-10 business days.

  • Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping address.

  • We can not intercept a package when it is in transit nor can we reroute.

  • If a package has been sent back to us due to an error in address or name, we are happy to re-ship the item. However, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping. 

  • If the item has been marked delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.

  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Rustic9 is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  Payment

  ​We accept payment through credit card. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been cleared. If you need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours of placing your order.
