Estimated shipping times for pedestal orders

• North America: 3-10 business days.

• Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping address.

• We can not intercept a package when it is in transit nor can we reroute.

• If a package has been sent back to us due to an error in address or name, we are happy to re-ship the item. However, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping. 

• If the item has been marked delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.
