Q. Is everything really handmade by you?

Yes! We build every piece of furniture and pedestals in our shop, located in Denton, TX. When we say you are buying a unique piece, we mean it! No piece leaving our shop is manufactured in a warehouse.

Q. Does wood color change over time?

All woods tend to change hues a bit as the years go by. This is a natural process caused by exposure to UV light and oxygen.

Q. How do I care for my custom furniture?

We suggest to keep your furniture in a dry area and dust it regularly. It's best to avoid commercial cleaners and polishes, which may damage the finish.

Q. Do you have a showroom? 

Since every piece is custom made, we do not have a showroom as of now. We do offer shop visits by appointment only. This is a great time for you to see furniture in the making.

Q. How can I pick my stain color?

We offer stain samples once the order is placed. You are also more than welcome to set up an appointment and visit our shop and pick your color.

Q. What is your current turnaround time on custom orders?

The turnaround time varies greatly. But this usually depends how booked we are. The average turnaround is 6-8 weeks. Please send us an email with your desired piece and dimensions for our current turnaround time.

Q. Do you deliver?

Yes, we do! We deliver all over Texas. We also ship pedestals and furniture all across the US!

Q. What wood do you use? 

We have access to quite a few wood species. If you don't see the wood you would like, let us know. Our supplier is great at getting their hands on the best wood:

Q. What are the dimensions of each furniture piece?

You tell me! Each piece is built to your exact dimensions. We all have unique spaces in our homes, you design what you need and we build it!

Q. How is my custom furniture order shipped?

For Tables - The table base is shipped fully assembled. We provide the hardware necessary for you to attach the table top. All custom items are shipped with a private carrier. The carrier blanket wraps and handles items appropriately to avoid any damage during transportation. We do not ship custom items with big name carriers due to the items having a bigger chance of arriving damaged. You are more than welcome to book your own carrier.
